Submitting a film is free
General rules
1) Belong to one of these genres : Fantastic, Thriller, Animation, Science Fiction, Dark, road-movie, Suspense, Horror, Experimental
2) have a running time no greater than 20 minutes
3) be subtitled in french if the film is not in french
4) In order to submit a movie, all applicants must send a streaming or downloadable link of their film and this submission form once completed and signed to contact@festivalmemepaspeur.com
